With the exception of Uncle Ben and Bruce Wayne’s parents, no one really dies in comic books, right? That phrase gets tossed around quite a lot when it comes to the Marvel Cinematic Universe, too, as the only real person of interest to bite the bullet – so far, at least – is Agent Phil Coulson. And even he was resurrected for Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. So it’s fair to say that Marvel tends to shy away from permanent deaths when dealing with Earth’s Mightiest Heroes and their many allies – Tony Stark fell back to Earth and was rudely awoken by a rampaging Hulk in The Avengers, while in Guardians of the Galaxy, Peter Quill survived an unscheduled spacewalk in order to save Gamora. Robert Downey Jr. has been a busy actor of late. He just finished filming on the back-to-back productions Avengers: Infinity War and the still-untitled Avengers 4 a few weeks ago. Following that he hopped directly into The Voyage of Doctor Dolittle, with Downey Jr. playing the famous Doctor Dolittle. However, the actor doesn’t seem to be slowing down in the least. Who says superheroes only exist in the movies? Before Avengers: Infinity War hits theaters, the stars of the upcoming epic Marvel team-up are being heroes to young fans all over the country by assembling packages of toys and collectibles tied to the film and delivering them to children’s hospitals. Marvel Studios and Disney’s biggest superhero mashup yet is hitting North American theaters earlier than expected. Avengers: Infinity War will now unfurl April 27, a week before its earlier launch date of May 4. In other words, the summer box office will kick off earlier than expected (the first weekend in May is historically considered the official start of the summer season). Read More here

“The Voyage of Doctor Dolittle,” starring Robert Downey Jr., begins filming in London and the surrounding areas this month.
